After an intense week of restaurant meals, I was craving something homemade. I had a huge stack of new and interesting recipes I wanted to try, but I was pressed for time so I flipped through the pile quickly and went with the first thing that looked like it would require little prep time. This Jambalaya with Shrimp and Andouille Sausage is pretty easy to make, very flavorful, and served my tummy well!
